| The superbly designed Blitz intercoolers have been finely engineered to maximise cooling efficiency, minimise pressure drop, and reduce the chance of detonation. The pipe work supplied with the kit is mandrel bent to reduce intake resistance; this process also ensures that the diameter of the pipe work is not reduced where it curves. This results in maximum cooling capacity and efficiency whilst allowing for minimal pressure drop. |

| - A brand new intercooler kit with the new ”CHEMICAL SHINE” special treatment, which is applied to the entire core. - Corrosion resistance and bright shine was achieved by Chemical Shine not only to the core but also the side tank. - An offset type fin was employed inside the tube for the best balance of the cooling efficiency and pressure loss. - Louver type outer fin is used for the cooling air to easily pass through. - Aluminum pipes are also fully polished. (not in some vehicle application or some parts) - Blue silicone hose is used for heat resistance and durability. - Less bend and aluminum construction for light and minimal pressure loss.
